Our Process
Five Step Approach
This process has been successfully utilized for over thirty years.
Step One
- Review the organizational and operational responsibilities of the position(s) with the appropriate parties of the client organization.
- Develop or revise as necessary the position specifications.
- Recommend and define the compensation, eligible prerequisites, geographical parameters, and other considerations as appropriate.
- Present the Position Specifications Report for agreement to the appropriate parties.
Step Two
- Initiate sourcing among the appropriate industries and identify potentially qualified candidates.
- Submit Candidate Progress Reports of qualified candidates sourced for the position(s) and review the data with the appropriate parties to select candidates for interviews.
Step Three
- Conduct consultant-candidate in-depth interviews, rating each candidate with the copyrighted ten factor evaluation criteria of Cole, Warren & Long, Inc.
- Submit detailed Candidate Interview Summary Reports and review recommended candidates for the position(s) with the appropriate parties.
- Arrange for candidates’ interviews with the appropriate parties at a convenient time and place.
Step Four
- Check references of candidate(s) selected and submit a written Candidate Reference Report.
Step Five
- Assist in job offer negotiations between the client and the candidate(s) selected for the position(s).
- Assist in gaining candidate(s) acceptance of the employment offer(s).
- Coordinate relocation, if necessary.
